Our primary focus is high value properties. Our clientele in the SADC, EAC and Indian ocean islands is high-net -worth individuals.
Our partner the in Seychelles islands, Mr Pierre Prosper has a portfolio of high value properties in Seychelles which are on the market for sale. He subcontracts Kutlwelo Properties to market such properties in the region.

Our collaboration with Mr Prosper provides us access to a portfolio of projects for sales and marketing of high value properties in the Seychelles Islands

Our COO, Dr Maureen Tong, is an international lawyer and business woman with strong social and business networks in the Seychelles islands. This positions her well to receive opportunities to market properties on behalf of high-net-worth individuals.

Her exposure to companies that offer dedicated services to high-net-worth individuals places her in a unique position to leverage those networks to conclude high value property sales.

Our Financial Director, Mr Andrew Bamugye, is a Certified Charted Accountant (CA) with many years of experience in developmental finance in various countries in Africa. His current employer has previously provided some development finance for the Eden Island development in Seychelles
